FAMILIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Alright, first off, sorry for not
calling back like i said i would. I thought the church office was going
to be open, but i was wrong. We tried to look for a place to call but as
you know, it was christmas. haha kinda hard.
Second off, im the only missionary out now!!!!!!!!!! haydens home!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holy moley. i bet things are weird.
Third off, my trainer got married this week. Congrats Hayden Newey. Boom.
So
this week was a mas o menos week. It was a little difficult but it was
an amazing week. Why? CAUSE WE HAVE A BAPTISM NEXT
WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will
explain
We had a miracle happen this week, Freddy, in our lesson with him
got his answer. I was reading a liahona the other day and one of the
stories of a memeber in Ushuaya got his answer in the lesson with the
missionaries and i thought i might use that same way to help him out.
The spirit told me i needed to use that way to help him. So we wrote
down the prayer freddy needed to say, specificly and he read what i had
wrote down and then we just waited. he told us after we had read d y c 9
that he had felt something super warm in his head. he told us that that
way to pray was different from all the other times he had prayed. He
had gotten his answer. After crying for a while he asked us if that had
ever happed to us before. We said yes. We are preparing him to be
baptized on the 6th of January. :)
Diego is super close to getting his answer. He just needs to do a
prayer and come to church. He has all the reasons to be baptizedc and
everything. He understands exactly why he needs to be baptised. Super
capo.
Irene is having a bit of trouple with some problems with her health. But
she promised us when she was doing dialysis that she would call us and
that we could go talk to her to help her with her answer.
So
yeah. that was our week. we have planned to spend new years with yoni
and nancy, a newly married couple here in our ward. Its going to be
tight. I love the mission.
LOVE YALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your son, Elder Ross and his companion Elder.......CLARK!!!!!!!!!!!!! The other elder that was in the other area. My mini and elder frost left and they made the two areas one. HOLY AREA!!!!!!!!! its HUGE!!!!!!!! so yeah. me and elder clark are now comps. He is from Ririe, Idaho. He is suuuuuuuuuuper cool. he makes me laugh all the time. He is a farm boy from Idaho. He worked in a Potato plant before his mission. How ironic. hahahahaha. So i will be his second comp in the mish. we are going to rock it up
This week started as a good week. We have alot of investigators now that we have both areas. So it will be nice. we have a couple people getting ready for baptism that arent completely ready but almost. Freddy who is a bolivian and his girlfriend is a member. He has his date for the 15th of december. or this next week. Then we have jonathan who we havent taught him in a long while. but he should be getting baptised soon. I really am looking forward to working with elder clark. He is a super good elder and super obedient.
Their is a saying in a video we have as missionaries called Preach my Gospel by a missionary called Elder Bott. He says "the last six months of a missionaries mission is his time to really shine" I am really looking forward to shining. Really getting to put into practice what i have learned this past year and a half and putting it into practice. All of it.
LEt me know what the deal is for christmas. Elder Clark is going to call on the phone i think cause his family doesnt have skype. but we will see. let me know what you guys can do and give me the numbers i would need to call.

Monday's E-mail
HELLO CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!1
just another AMAZING week here in argentina. I love it here. haha i
really do. Its so cool to just feel like you are at home speaking
another language and everthing is just normal. wake up and talk to
people like its nothing. haha. Well this week was GREAT!!!!!!! we had a
suuuper good week. Taught alot and had alot of succes. ONe of the things
was that we were able to see a miracle with vanessa. We taught her the
sabath day and the importance of coming to church and i promised her if
she would talk to her boss, he would give her the day off or that
someone would give her another job. She got another job offer this week.
:) she has a job interview today.
I have learned alot this week about the spirit. ITs been suuuuper
cool to see how the spirit works. I never understood suuper well stuff
about the spirit. I love it. I LOVE THE MISSION!!!!!!!!!!
The family nahuelpan are doing good. didnt come to church this week
but we couldnt go visit them either. BUT jonathan has a baptismal date
for this month!!!
This week we found 5 new investigators. A family. Familia Landaida.
They are super cool. Then we taught a cool bolivian kid named freddi.
he is super chill. He loves it.
The truth is.....the mission is changing my life "line upon line,
precept upon precept" its like a talk i read today by elder bednar. the
change in my life is like a rising and setting sun. it´ll take two years
but i will be able to see the difference. I love the mission. These
people make me so happy. these times are when the mish is just amazing.
Its not easy all the time but it so worth it. I have learned more in
this 17 months than i ever did in seminary and stuff. It helped but i
have been able to learn on my own as i help others. I love IT:) LOVE YA
KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fun but chaotic week
holy fetch!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone is getting
old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahah. oh my goodness. everything is
going to be all changed when i get home. haha.
So...my week was suuuuper bomb. super good. We have planned to baptize this family that has like 28 future baptisms :) yeah talk about ensign photo with elder ROSS!!!!!!!!! hahah but the family is progressing ALOT!!!!!!!!!! its suuuuuuper amazing.
The other investigators are progressing. kinda......they just dont have that incentive to learn alot about the gospel. so we will have to talk with them. but we did have a suuuuper good lesson with the family Nahuelpan, which is the big family. One of the best lessons i have had in all my mission.
The mom asked us if we could give her son a blessing and we did and he was almost imeddiatly better. AMAZING. it was so cool. we gave three blessings and taught a super spiritual lesson. and then, we put a baptismal date with one of the kids. super cool. then on sunday they came to church!!!!!!!!!!!! it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY MISSION IS SO AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! the one thing i ask of the lord is that i can baptize this family. They are amazing and they have so much future in the church. its a GOLDEN FAMILY!!!!!!! haha. but my week was super good. we didnt have a whole lot of sucess but the success we did have was that family
so yeah. thats my mission. right now i am fighting for this family. we are just having alot of success. NOT ALOT. but enough of where i have been at the rest of my misison haha. so yeah. haha.
Thanksgiving was ok.... haha it was funny. we just ate chicken haha and noodles.
I will send pics. LOVE YA FAM: LES AMO CON TODO MI CORAZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

So.......turns out i am not training. ha.........yeah so i guess i will just tell ya why mom.
So like three weeks ago. I fractured my foot.......haha. yup. so i have crutches and what not. president thinks i am ready ^to train but my physical problem kinda kept me from it. but dont worry about me mom. it was between me and another elder more south from here that were going to train the elder. so probably next transfer when i am all better. christmas time. i am fine. everything is going great. we have the nurse of the mission talking with me alot to make doctor visits.

She is soooooooo golden. and then on saturday we went to visit a little pueblo here in the mountians and we found a family. So with the 14 brothers and sisters in the family and they are all grown up..so lets just say that they each have 2 kids. how many baptisms is that. 28. yeah baby. we found a family hahaha so we will be working with them this next time here.
The mish is kinda a bummer with my foot problem but the lord is blessing me. i always wanted a broken bone when i was younger but it came and bit me in the toosh on the mish. hahaha. who woulda thunk hah. but here i am. truckin along in the mish. haha love it. its the lords work.

Going to Train
BIG NEWS FOR THE ROSS FAMILY
YOUR SON IS GOING TO TRAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
thank you thank you, hold the applause hahaha :) So this is what happened. We got transfer calls this week and my comp is leaving. He went this morning to neuquen. So the zone leaders called me and told me i was going to train. What they didnt know is when and if i was going to have ANOTHER mini missionary. So the assistants called me this morning and told me that i will have a mini missionary until my newbie comes in a couple weeks. I think i have priority to train. so it will be super good. So right now i am in a trio with elder frost and elder Clark.
This week was good. I got pics from my trainer. Engagement pics haha. it was super cool to see him again.
Look at Dylan funk getting hitched. wow. thats crazy.
So yeah, thats about what is happening in the mish. It was kinda hard lettin my comp go this morning. He definatly was my second favorite comp. elder Hernandez was suuuuuper bomb. I just loved him so much. i know got put him into my life to change it. I learned alot from him. I had some of the most special lessons of all my mission with him. He was just suuuuper cool. Words cant describe how aweseme he was. We had so many jokes together and we just made the best of every minute. I am for sure going to miss him.
This past week has been super hard. We did meet a suuuuper cool friend of a memeber. Vanessa. We put a baptismal date with her. she is super cool. but we didnt have alot of succes this past transfer but i think we will have alot this next transfer. I love it here. Its hard but i love it. Its not a states mission or a baptzing mission. but i sure do love it here. I feel right at home. So we just keep truckin along. Love ya kids!!!!!!!!

My two bits
hahahahahah FAMILY!!!!!!!
Ah mom! you dropped cane on me hahahahaha. Wow that was a first. I was not trying to be trunky haha. I will have you know that i am very focused in my work as a missionary. We worked super hard this week. (as every week) obviously.
Yeah somehting exciting happened this week. I cant show you in pictures cause i forgot my camera. But the other elders had a baptism this week. And the girl that got baptised asked me if i could help in the baptism. She is pregnant and cant do alot of force with her stomach so i helped elder frost baptise her. It was the first time that i have set foot, in white, in a baptismal font in my mission. It wasnt my baptism but it was a special experience cause i was part of the baptism. Then i stood in the circle to help give her the Holy Ghost. And i played a musical number in her baptism also. She loved it.
The musical number turned out SWEET! They loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The reception was super cool. Kinda weird to be there as a missionary haha but it was fun: we taught a couple friends of the couple that werent memebers.
Yeah we have a couple investigators, but none that are progressing. The people here are suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper hard hearted. I have never talked to so many athiest`s in my life. its ridiculous the people that dont want to listen to us. But we keep trying.
KERRY IS MOVING TO UTAH?????' yeah baby!!!!!!!! thats sick! does he still work with trucks?
yeah the mish is the best but the hardest thing i have ever done in my life. I dont think i have ever had a situation more stressful and mentally stressing in my life haha. The people here in the south of argentina are super hard hearted. And its one of the biggest missions in the world haha. We have alot of area to cover here in el bolson. And we have transfers next week. So its been a stresser hha. but i just keep workin. Thats what i am here for. Love ya kids. Stay safe.

yeah kayla told me that she was workin in the primary. haha. i knew if she didnt start going to the singles ward it would hit her. thats almost what happened with me haha.
Sounds like everyone is doinggood. :) me alegro :)
So mom. question. This is a big step here. but i need your help. You dont have to start exactly this moment but.....i told dad. and....i have been thinkin about going to byu. SO, i would need some financial help. Scholarships, stuff like that. And if i dont get into byu i would need it for other schools.
The mission is good. This past week we went to bariloche for interviews with president. We had a super good time. Then we have been just kickin it here. The other elders here in El bolson have a baptism this saturday, i am going to play the piano and a musical number. Also this week a suuuper good friend of ours here. Jhonny, got married. He served his mission in chile and we are suuuper good friends with him. we went to his wedding. They have to get married by the law first here, then in the temple. So we are going to do a musical number in his reception. We are going to sing come thou fount. So yeah. We are just workin hard here. THings are going really good. I hear Pat McConkie got married. Where and when?
I will send pics in this time. haha. if it works. Love ya fam. Keep chosin the right. 8 months and 21days hahahaha que trunky!!!!!!!!!!!!

Conference was SICK!! (that's good)
FAMILIA!!!!!
well my letter is going to be short too. haha sorry. The conference
was SIIIIICCK!!!!! we exploaded as missioaries. hahaha we just jumped
for joy. haha. and scream. haha but the conference just really hit me
suuper hard on a couple of things. i will share them in a minute.
Today we were going to have an asado with a memeber but he
cancelled on us so we made......SLOPPY JOES!!!!!!!!!! then now we are
here. this week we have been busy. not alot of success. but oh well haha
we keep workin hard. had zone council in Bariloche. it was
BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!
I just had a really cool experience yesterday. After a bomb
conference (general conference) we went out and preach. It was suuuuper
hard. Everyone was anti god and anti christ. Just everyone was super
negative. So i just kept going with faith and nothin happened. It was
just not a good night. I was super down and just needed someone to
listen to me. So elder Frost talked to me. Then I went up to my room to
go to bed and i said a prayer. In the which i just had a wonderful
experience with prayer. I promised god to be his servent for the rest of
my life if he could just carry me in his hand for the rest of these 9
months that i have left. I cant do this mission alone. its not easy. but
i know and i trust in god and i know he will do it. I feel so blessed
to be here. Its not been easy but this experience has changed my life
for the better. So many talks touched my heart and just changed who i
was. I love this gospel with all of my heart. It brings me such
happiness. I sure love you guys. Stay safe.

Short letter
FAMILIA!!!!!!!
Im going to write all in spanish ok? hahahha jk jk jk
El Bolson is as beautiful as ever. This week was super good. We are
just making modifications here in the word to make the mission work
easier and more easier for us. Its been a good week. Last week we went
to the hidden waterfall (i forgot my cable to send pics so i will send
next week the pics) then we just had a good week. two people showed up
to church (investigators) and the ward here is suuuuuper bomb!!!!! i
think we are going to have alot of success here. this area has changed
alot since i got here. In senillosa they baptised Yanella last week. I
was just thinking that on the 10th will be the year aniversary of when i
had my first baptism with ol elder newey.
Thats all that happened this week. But i wanted to tell you guys
about the general conference talks. I just LOVE conference! its
amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys should read more often(if your not doing
it) the conference talks. there is suuuuuper big power in reading those
talks. i love it and i know the lord will help you guys as a family find
out the things you need to do better so that the spirit can be with you
guys more.
LOVE YA KIDS!

From El Bolson
SALUDOS DE EL BOLSON, ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!!
I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :):):):):):):):):):):):):):):) its like paradise!!!!!!!!!!!! its like UTAH!!!!!!!!! mountins all over the place. I am right on the cordillera or the andes mountains. so thats what basicly explains my area! mountain tourist town!!!! ah!!!!!! its sooo cool here!
let me explain my week.
So monday at 12 at night i left to go to bariloche. where i met with the elders there and did my visa papers with elder presley and his comp ELDER ROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahah his comps name is elder ross. he is from nevada. crazy right? then at 12:30 i took my bus to el bolson. the terminal here is like a house so i didnt know where to get off but the guy told me and i got off. When i got off, the elders werent there to look for me. so i sat by myself and waited for five minutes and the elders came. Then we just went to the pench (which is suuuuper nice!) the did visitas. I was kinda sick. Then on wednesday we worked all day. i was sick but idk what i had. like pains in all my body but i worked anyway. then i worked the next day when i was sick too. but then my comp gave me a blessing and i got better. Then we just worked all week. met some members. SUPER BOMB MEMBERS. then comes sunday and their was like 100 members in assistance!!!!!!!!! HOLY COW. thats the most i have had in all my mission. But we have two sets of elders here. Elder Frost, Elder Clark (he is new, he is from idaho), elder hernandez and i. the members are suuuuper nice and suuuuper cool. This is like a dream area. i love it here. We are working suuuuper hard and what not.
My comp is suuuuuuuper cool. Elder Hernandez. He is from Oaxaca Mexico. he kinda speaks with a lisp. but super cool. super funny. we just get along great. super humble. just a great guy.
We have seen a bunch of miracles this week. I heard (from a lot of elders after the fact) that president sent me to this area cause it was dead. he sent me to be a leader and change the area. So i am just going get my a game on and help this place out. I love it here. the people are amazing and what not. GOOD WEEK!!!!!!!!! LOVE EL BOLSON!!!
love you guys. you should do a family temple night. that would be super sweet. Love you guys!!!!

Big, big, big News!
FAMILIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BIG BIG BIG NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IM LEAVING SENILLOSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IM GOING TO EL BOLSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
transfers came and i am leaving senillosa today and
going to el bolson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my companion will be elder
Hernandez, he is from mexico. THis will be my 5th latin comp. I have had
comps from all over south america. haha. after 7 1/2 months here. wow
so much time. haha. but it has been super good and i am going to miss
the people here.
On sunday we had stake confernece and we took like a bus with all
the members and when i told them i was leaving, they said
"NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
they were like screaming. THis is the longest any elder has been in
senillosa since it has been an area. So i kinda have a record. haha.
We didnt go to the open house cause it was in buenos aires. just the rededication that was on satilite.
BIG NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY TRAINER IS ENGAGED"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fetch, its super crazy. haha.
so to sum up my week. let me tell of what has happened in my 7 1/2 months in senillosa.
i
had the coolest experience the other day saying goodbye to people here.
The first one was to witness my convert, Alfredo Blanco receive the
melchezidek preisthood in stake conference yesterday. That just made my
mission. He is progressing soooo much. I have been there when he was
baptised, confermed, i helped when they set him apart as a priest, then
when he blessed the sacrament for the first time, and now when he was
set apart as a elder. Thats what the mission is about.
Then I went to see an investigator Carlos. I tried to baptise him
for 7 1/2 months and nothin. But he told me that i changed his life.
That he saw miracles with me happen in his life. That the priesthood
blessing we gave him, healed him. Literally. Physically and spiritually.
I know that the day will come when he gets baptised but he told me that
the only one he wants to baptise him is me. (we will see about that)
Then thinking about my success this time in senillosa, i didnt have
alot of baptisms, well, i only had one but a girl that we have been
workin with for 7 1/2 months is geting baptised this next week. :)
Yanella Salas. so as i think about my time here. i thought, maybe my
time was to plant seeds. and another elder is going to harvest them.
my time has been bitter sweet here in senillosa but i
come out a better person and a better missionary cause the lord tried
my faith in so many things. I have been to the lowest of lows on my
mission here and have had some of the highest of highs. But the thing
that i gained here in senillosa was not only a relationship with the
people but a better relationship with my father in heaven. and i think
after reading my patriarchal blessing alot, i knew that this experience
is what i needed in my life to come closer to my father in heaven.
Thanks for all your support. i sure to love you
guys. Keep choosing the right. The next email will be coming from EL
BOLSON, ARGENTINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Howdy Elder
Its me again!!!!!!
Elder ROss
So a couple items of business.
This week is transfers, so the next email you get from me will be either
with new comp or in a new area. We will see what the lord has in store
for us. haha.
This week, was suuuuper eventful. Tuesday was zone
conference, bomb. Then tuesday night i went to bariloche. BOMB. got me
some goood chocolate. oh it was soooooo good. Me and elder Draut went
together. I am going to go again this friday to finish up my papers and
all that. Then on saturday we did service all day. I kinda got sunburnt,
not bad, but for the first time in like six months. Then on
sunday.......TEMPLE DEDICATION!!!!!!!!!!!! it was
incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elder
Christofferson talked in Castillano and that was super cooll. Elder
Zeballos talked too. Then elder eyring gave a sick talk. I will talk
about that in a minute. So that was my week.
About the talk......So President Eyring gave a super
good talk about not only the temple but something that had to do with
our job as missionaries and also the converts. He said talking about
when we recieved our answer to find out if these things were true "What
you felt was real, what you felt was true, what you felt was the Holy
Spirit of Testimony". Obviously i have had a testimony all my life. But
that just gave me a reassurance that what i felt was true. I still
remember the day i had to pray to find out if the book of mormon was
true before my mission. It was like a year before my mission. I will
never forget what i felt. I didnt see an angel or nothing but i remember
thinking "Keith, you know these things are true" What i felt was real,
what i felt was the holy spirit of testimony bearing witness to me that
the things of which i was praying about were true and i knew that. And
it gave me more desires to help people find their answer and to help
them identify what they feel. The mission is amazing. I couldnt ask for
something more. The lord knows why i am here, and what i need to learn. I
just need to be humble enough to follow the lord and learn what i need
to learn.
Love you guys. Keep choosing the right.

Super Cold here
hey! what it do!!!
im doing good. No snow. In these parts of argentina o sea where i am at, we dont get snow. Its just super cold. Carlos.....he hasnt come to church at all. thats the only thing he is missing is church attendance and he just started working again. No fun plans today. I was going to go to Bariloche but it was just a big confusment and we didnt go. so i think later this week i should be going.
This week we had a suuuuper good conference with Elder Zeballos. He is a 70. The conference was bomb. He just was so amazing. The spirit was flowing through him and thanks to that we were able to recieve alot of revelation on what we have to do to change things in our area. I lve these times because it helps me recharge my spiritualness and recharges my excitment to share the gospel.
Hmna Lovell shared a super cool story about a king who was poor and his kindom was super poor. One day a man came to the king offering help to change his kingdom, the man gave him a scope and let him look at his kingdom. He saw that his kingdom was beautiful and rich. The old man told him he only needed the faith and the vision to change the kingdom. And he did. They told us that that is what we have to in our areas.
Then we helped a family in Plottier that their house burned down. It was super good to help them and see the change in their eyes and how greatful they were for our service. That was a testimony builder for me.
This next sunday we will have the re-dedication of the Buenos Aires temple. I am super excited to go and recieve some revelation on some changes that i can do as a missionary. What i can do to become more consecrated. That is my goal. This might sound bumb but i would like to become like Elder Manwaring. I love reading his emails and hearing about how good of a missioary he is.
Love ya kids. Keep safe

Yeah Boi
YEAH BOI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Elder Ross
what up utah!!!!!!!!!!! how
are we today!!!!!!!???? we did not to too much that was exciting haha
just sharing the gospel truth to those who want to hear. haha. thats
just what we do haha. share the gospel. we found a pretty cool guy this
week named Claudio. He said he was praying for something to change his
life this past week and then we knocked on the door. he is a nurse and
he is suuuuper cool. so yeah. thats what a do with my time.
The district leader calling is coming good. I love
it. I was just talking with Hayden and we just wrote back and forth
about how cool it is to be the means for which the other elders can
recieve help, revelation, and more desires to work. Its not the easiest
job in the world but i like it cause it helps me work to my best and be
the best missionary i can be.
yeah its still cold here. And with the wind its alot
more cold. haha. but we have jackets and all that to keep us warm. its
just the impact of cold wind that just burns yhour face. but its part of
the mission that i will never and can never forget. sometimes i just
wish i could stay here forever. i feel just like an argentine. i feel
like i am home. its where i live, i visit the same people every day.
Claudio said he thought i was from buenos aires cause i didnt have an
accent.i just feel so good here.
I just have alot of time to think on the mission
walking in the street and knocking doors and all. and to think about how
the rest of my life depends on these two years. how much i have learned
in these two years about how i need to live my life and the
relationship that can exist with my father in heaven and I. its
something that a normal person would take to learn 60 years. and to
learn it in 2 years is incredible. I love it. Thanks for all your
support.
Love you all,

Got the package!!
FAMILY!!!!!!!
Elder ROss
Thanks for the encouragment on my
calling! I am suuuper happy to help the elders and sister in my
district. I just pray and ask the lord to work through me to help these
elders and sisters out with their areas. thats the only thing i ask.
Yes, FINALLY i got my package and i ate all the candy in it hahaha
:) yeah its all gone. Thanks for the foot supports. :) they help me
alot.
I think i will go to bariloche to get all the visa
stuff done this week, i am not sure cause they havent called me from
the office to tell me yet. but i guess we will know if i sent pictures
next week haha.
yes we will be going to the dedication of the Buenos Aires temple.
IT is on the 9th of september. I think i might be able to go to the
temple when i go home. That is my dream is to go to the temple in Buenos
Aires.
Brads talk! ah its so crazy to think that everyone is coming home
from the mission haha. Did i tell you guys my trainer is almost engaged?
he is going ring shopping this week. haha. what a guy haha.
The
bathroom is yellow? amarillo? que bueno!!!! i am going to talk nothing
but spanish when i get home haha. hope you kids are practicing. if not,
at least i can teach you.
10 Mile hike? thats about what we walk every day here in the mish.
haha. ten miles every day. haha. we walk everywhere, we rode in the
travel van of an investigator this week. it was super cool haha. he
works taking people on trips to other parts of argentina. Carlos, he is
the one i have pictures with at the dinosaur museum.
Things are going super good here. The biggest thing I
have learned on the mission is the importance of obedience. I think
that was one of the things i had to learn in this life was obedience and
it has really helped me understand why i am here and what i have to do
to live with you guys and god again after this life. THanks for all your
suport. love you kids.

Here's our info
HEY KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the big news now..........THEY MADE ME DISTRICT LEADER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ITs all so new to me and a big stressful but i know the lord called me here for some reason. so i know that i have to do my best to make it happen here on the mish and complete with my calling.
Things are super good with elder Julcahuanca. He is suuuuuper cool. He is from Central capital peru. He is suuuper cool. We get along super well. He almost played in the profesionals of soccer in peru and we played the other day and we had some sweet goals. My visa trip was good the other week. I have to go again in a couple weeks cause they couldnt do it all this time. so i will be going again in a couple weeks.
The weather is still cold. haha. My health is super good.
This week was good, not as good as i was hoping but i have a couple of things i have to get better with my obedience. I never was an elder who liked elders who were really obedient but just barely in my mission i am understanding the importance of obedience. Especially with being district leader. I have to be the example to everyone else. I realized just at this moment that the success i have in my mission is a show of my obedience. so if i am really obedient, the lord will bless me. So i need to work a little bit harder. haha.
ITs good tohear that the famliy is doing super good haha, i love hearing what happens with the family. its super good to hear all of it. Glad the grandparents are still abvle to get around.
Love you all. The blessings we recieve are because we are obedient to the commandments of god. Be obedient. Love ya

Hola to you
fam!!!!!!!!
how are you guys!!!!!!! the mission is GREAT I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this week was soooooo bomb!!!!!!!!!!! my mission has completely changed!!!!!! complete 360 degrees. wow. what a week. let me tell you a little bit about it.
I learned a ton this transfer, especially about being seinor comp and training (who would have guessed haha) I loved being junior comp cause senior comp had all the answers. we visited a testigo de jeovah this week and he kicked my trash (only in that cita) ad i realized how not easy it is to be senior comp ahah. but this next cita i am going to show him who is boss. but it was a really cool experience to see this transfer all the lord has blessed me with. i love this work man. yeah i wanna see the fam and all my friends and find a wife and all that but i know if i give it my all this last year that i have, the lord is going to bless me with all the blessings after. And i am going to give it my all. thats why i am here. alot of times we cant find alot of people to teach but we work a fool every day but the lord has a ton of lessons to teach us in these moments. of preservirance, obedience, love, tons of stuff that we wouldnt have learned if we werent on the mission. I love the mission sooooo much.
as you know the transfer ends at the beginning of this next week. on monday i will send my companion back to his family. then i will see if i am going to train or not. haha we will see.
This tuesday i am going to go to Bariloche to renew my visa!!!!!!!!!!!!! VACATIONS!!!!!!!!!! hahah for like one day haha. but its all good itll be fun. I get to see elder davis again and see some other elders haha.
THis week was super good. we did a tsunami in senillosa and we found 13 new people to teach and we have 7 people with a baptismal date. WE almost had a baptism this weekend but it didnt follow through. so this next week we hope we have one. we have baptismal dates up until the 25th of august, every weekend. itll be good. haha.
we had a super funny experience this last week. on monday we were at the house of the other elders and elder naylor and my comp were sick. so me and elder alvarez had to go to their appointment. I didnt have clothes so we found the most random of all the clothes we could and went. I had suuuuuper flood pants that when i sat down almost came up to my knees hahaha then like a 3xl shirt on. with shoes that were super small, like size 9. then a super small over coat that helped me look somewhat good. we just found whatever clothes and went. haha. it was super funny.
glad everyone is doing well. tell brad i say hi. tell the fam i love them and glad everyone is going well.
The gospel is true, with as much time as i have to share the message it just rings true to my heart and my soul. Love you guys

Short news
Hey family!!!!!!!!
SEMANA DE 10 CHAVÒN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we
had such a good week!!!!!!! it was the best numbers senillosa has had
in a really long time. we just ripped it up. alot of miracles. here was
the week
this
week. On friday we did a tsunami with the elders of Barrio america in
their area. I went with elder paredes he is from chile he is a newbie
and super tight. super cool elder. We WHOOPED TRASH. taught in 3 hours, 5
others and found like 30 people that want to hear the missionaries. We
just kicked trash, it was soooo cool. The spirit just worked through us.
Its crazy what obedience will bring. haha. Our area is doing super
good. We havent found a ton of people but the people we have found, were
prepared. We put another fetcha this week after a bomb lesson 1 with
Paula. We just testified the crap out of the lesson and at the end she
accepted the invitation. My comp was super sick yesterday, we went to
the hospital twice. he was throwing up allllll day so we just stayed in
the pench the whole day. that was the first time i had missed church in
all my mission. I felt super weird. haha. But now he is doing much
better and we are going to work super hard this week to find more people
to teach and what not.
also on tuesday we found David. I felt like i needed to talk with him on
the bus and i did. come to find out that he has talked with the
missionaries before and been to our church. ITs crazy how many people
are ready to hear the gospel. I love it.
I just love the mission. Its so good. I miss the fam but i love the people too much to leave them. I cant leave them.
My goal in the mtc was when i leave argentina to feel homesick. and i
think i can reach that if i keep doing what i am doing. The lord is
blessing us for our obedience and he loves everyone of his children.
Keep choosing the right family.
As far as my package just insoles in you can find them to help my arches. that would help me a ton. Thanks fam. Love you all.

Hola!!
Hey mom!!!!!!!!!
My week was pretty dang good!!!!!!!!! I will explain it all haha. I love it here. Its going so well. Now i realize the importance of obedience. I guess I was taking advantage of a obedient companion when i started my mission and didnt understand how strong i personally had to be and how much of a difference it made to stay strong. Now i have to set the example and from this point til the end of my mission i will be senior comp so that will be good for me to set the example.
this week was super good. on monday we went to neuquen to play soccer with the zone leaders and the hmnas. then on tuesday we went to nequen to have a mtng with the zone leaders. then on wednesday we played ping pong. (warning, i am pretty good at ping pong) then on thursday we had a suuuuuuper good lesson with Paula. She wants to get baptised, so this week we are going to put a date with her for her baptism. she did a fast with us too so that things could be better in her life. She is basiclly golden. haha. then we had a super good lesson with carlos about sunday attendance. then we went and picked up elder naylor in neuquen cause his comp had to go to bariloche to do his visa stuff. then on friday all day i was in neuquen to do papers for my visa that i have to renew. it was pretty fun to see the elders from my group. i think in a couple weeks i am going to go to bariloche to finish the papers. then on saturday we had an activity with the primary. they made the missionaries dance and everything. super fun haha.
We do eat alot of meat. But not as much as you think. My favorite food is Milanesas. OOOOOOHHHHHH i am going to make them allllll the time when i get home. I am going to make alot of food from here when i get home. I have a cookbook from the mission and everything. haha.
it was a super good week. The lord just keeps blessing us. I am basiclly taking this area and starting from zero. its not easy to do but i knew this is why president kept me here. Im just super happy in my mission now and i love it here. I see the lords hand in my life everyday. There isnt a moment that passes that i dont see the lords hand in this work and in my life to teach me things that will help me later on in life. I am just convinced that this is the true church. No one can ever take that away from me. I have seen so many things in my mission to manifest that. its something that i can never deny.
Thanks for all you support. I couldnt do this without you guys. I know your prayers are being used in my mission. This is the true church. Love you all.

Our 4th of July....yours?
MOMMY!!!!!!!!!!!
So just to tell ya....i love your
emails mom. they are perfect. PERFECT!!!! Just the right type of
information. Today we are going to play socer with the whole zone. yes i
am keeping warm, i bought a scarf the other day. The hmna deliah gave
me one but it was like a lepord deisgn and had purple spots. a guy
stopped me in the street and said it was a little gay hahahahaha oh
well. I am better. Not sick anymore.
I completed a year in the mission on the 6th. It was a good day
cause we did an activity in the church and it turned out pretty well.
Now i have like 360 days til i come home. yeah the mission flies. it
doesnt feel like two years.
On thursday we went and met the new president. The wife is a
Slaugh. She has family in vernal. They are super cool. Super cool. They
love talking with the greengo`s cause they are from the states. And i
got to see alot of elders that i havent seen in a while. Good times.
WE had a SWEET week. Filled with miracles. I am
super happy on my mission. This is like how happy i was with my trainer.
I just love the work.I love it here.
My
one (of many) miracles for this week was Paula. She is the grandaughter
of Hnma Deliah. She is the one that asked about god and if she has a
purpose in this life. On wednesday, an hermana called to tell us that
she couldnt give us lunch, its the mom of one of our fetchas Jose. So we
lost a lesson with him and he basicly told us he couldnt meet with us
this week. So i thought "great no lunch, what do we do" and i thought
"deliah" so I called her and she said we could eat with her and that
Paula was there too and wanted to talk with us. :) :) :) :)
MILAGRO!!!!!!!!!!!!
so we went, ate milanesa de pollo (BOMB) and then we had a lesson
de 10 with her after about the atonement and how she can recieve
forgivness for her sins! She was super responsive to our questions and
she wanted to know more. we gave her a book of mormon and the assignment
to read alma 36. she then asked us if we could help a friend that was
passing a hard time. We gave some scriptures to her to share with her
friend. Then we have planned to pass by her house and teach her
family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) then on sunday, the lord made up for what we
missed with jose and we had a lesson with him and his mom. de 10!!!!!
The church is true. I love it so much. It
kinda sucks that i only have a year left but i am going to make the best
of it so that these people can recieve salvation like they need. Thanks
for all your support. I couldnt ask for a better family. Love you
guys.

Miracles!!
FAMILIA ROSS!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like everything is just peachy down in Vernal. Everyone is living the good life :)
To
answer your question. Just insoles and the scripture stickers if you
can find them. Just insoles that will help me so I'm not walking weird. I
have feet like Daniel. Weak arches. (if that helps)
So first off......I'm going to say. Miracles exist.
My first week with my new companion Elder Juan Marquez (i know i said
another name but there was confusion of it all) was a miracle. Words
cant express the things we did and saw this week. The lord knew why i
needed to be with Elder Castes. I know that know. But he knew what Senillosa had in store for me when i could be obedient. Miracles!!
This week was incredible. TO share one of these miracles. We found 2
new people to teach our first day. The first was the granddaughter of
Hmna Deliah. She was going through a hard time in here life and asked
her grandma "does god exist?" and "what is my purpose in this life" ,
two golden questions that any missionary would kill to have. WE gave her
a bible and a pamphlet of lesson 2. Plan of Salvation.
Then we went and visited a member. Hmna Dimitrovich. Her son isn't a
member, so we talked about obedience and how obedience brings
blessings. He was listening the whole lesson. We gave him a pamphlet for
lesson 1 and made a cita to come back. We taught lesson 1 and he was
crying the whole time. He accepted the date of the 28th of July to be baptized. The lord is real. He works in mysterious ways. I never knew he wasn't a member. We also put a fetcha with Carlos. WE had a load of
success this week.
Things here are amazing. I couldn't ask for anything else. Thanks for all your prayers in my behalf. I always feel them.
I
was a little sick (still am sick) this week. I haven't been able to
sleep well but i worked anyways during the day and the lord blessed me
for my strength. The lord is real. And he blesses his children when they
are obedient.
Love ya fam. Thanks for everything.

Hey Fam!
HEY FAM!
Glad you liked my letter mom. I was only speaking the truth and its weird to think that i am your "little boy" when i am 20 years old. haha. 20....woah. So mom. next time you send a package, i need two things. You know those stickers that you can put in your scriptures over the versus that has a picture of what its talking about? i would like those. the other would be insoles. i think i have them in my dresser in my room. the ones you bought me like a way long time ago and i never used.......hahah. yeah it would help if you could send it in the next package. no rush.
Got dads birthday card. hahahaha i look like a little kid haha. thanks pops. i do get all of his cards that he sends they just get here late cause its a long way to mail stuff.
Got a package from work!!! woo rah!!!
So highlights of my week.....on wednesday Hnma deliah sewed my pants haha they came undone at the bottom (down by my foot) so she fixed them for me. Then on saturday it SNOWED!!!!! well....let me explain....haha. it was like a super lite snow and it didnt even stick. But all the elders were freakin out haha they said it was snowing like it does in utah. and i told them....."no, when it snows, the snow sticks and there is alot of it ". if was the first time they had seen snow for a few of them. So yeah....thats whats going down.
hey mom when did uncle michael serve in Buenos Aires?
THe people here try to talk in english here. There is a memeber in the other elders ward that met a greengo on the mish and she is going to get married in august in the logan temple up in utah and she is going to live in provo. so yeah. but the people here always say "hello" to us. but we only say hello when we pick up the phone. so we stop them and correct them and say "in the states, we say Hi. when you are talking to people. hello is for the phone" I have spoke with quite a few people that can actually speak english almost fluently. Thats super fun cause the only people who know what we are saying is me and the other person. my comp cant understand anything. so yeah. thats whats up. Thanks for the sweet email fam. Love yall

Good Monday...AKA P-day
Family!!!!
Como andan!!!!! Todo bien aca. Haciendo lo justo. jaja. (they write haha like jaja here cause its spanish for haha)
The package was amazing. I ate all the food super fast. The cake turned out BOMB!!!! When i ate the batter i felt like i was at home cause i havent tasted that in like 1 year. haha. It brought me back to the old days haha. My health problems are going away haha. My headaches i dont get as often and my rash is fading away. I hav this stuff i have to shower with and i have to use it for 2 weeks and i just finished week one on friday so everything should come back to normal. Its crazy to thing of the time i have left on the mission. All the people were right when they said...."it goes by fast" i guess i was never one to believe that til it happened to me. But the thing i love is that it is passing with the people i love here in argentina. Maybe my comp is lazy, but i wont get to spend another 3 transfers with anyone like him haha. Jordan Evans comes home on the 28th i think. The end of this month. If you see him tell him i love him and that he needs to write me.
I cant believe that Philip Nathan Ross is finally out of his shell. Its a miracle. Someone might just have a girlfriend when i get home! THERE IS HOPE!!!! hahahahaha. Its good to hear about the family. I was always a mommas boy when i was little (i still am) and i would always get home sick when i was little. UP until my mission even. But since the MTC i havent been homesick. I can talk about my family all day and i know that they are safe and doing good so there is no reason to be homesick. haha. Glad you kids have summer. Here its super cold. super cold. Its crazy. June and its cold? yeah thats never happened in my life. haha. who woulda thunk! but its the way the cookie crumbles and ya just deal with it.
My week wasnt very successfull, we didnt do alot. But we did do divisions and we actually taught people. I had a blast! I felt soooo good. I actually got to teach people and the lessons were PERFECT!!!! I love teaching. I love it so much!!!!! These people need it so bad and i am so willing to teach them cause i know they need it. SOmething i learned this week was in the confernce talks i read. Talks from way back when (2009) and i just got the confermation of the spirit that they were written for me. FOR ME!!! I thought "no way, in 2009 i was sitting on the couch during confernece thinking.....ok...two more talks then i can eat!!!" then later in my mission i just found out that even thought i wasnt listening, they were written for me.
The other thing was the opportunity to think of the two amazing/out of this world amazing parents that i have. I just think back and reflect on your examples to me of living the gospel. I remeber mom always said "i hope i bare my testimony through my actions." Mom, you did an amazing job! And to think of how amazing Dad was in the church, always happy. I couldnt ask for a better set of parents. I hope i can be half the dad that my Dad is. And i hope that me and my future wife can be half the parents you guys are. You did a perfect job. Thanks for everything. Love you guys!!!!

News this week
Hey fam,
Hermosa Senillosa. (that rhymes in spanish) Things are good
here. This week we got a few things done. Met with few people and what not. I will
send pics.
My new president is going to come in the end of june. so the
end of this month. On the 6th i am going to complete 11 months on the mission.
13 more and i will be in the house. hahaha suckers haha. I have been doing
pretty good. The stress kinda gets me some headaches but nothin out of the
norm. YES i did get my package! thanks so much!!!!! I gave one of my fastbreaks
to my comp and the rest is for me ahhaha :) I am wearing the shirt you sent
right now. haha. Thanks for the vernal expresses, that was a SWEET suprise :)
got to see my cousin in the paper. and some friends and what not. Got grandmas letter
too.
So this week. We met
with carlos. Well we went to the Dam like 50 minutes away from here. We might
move in next door to hmna deliah. The super cool hermana in our ward. our contract
for our pench in going to expire here soon.
My letter is kinda
short this weeek too but i wanted to share a experience that i had this week.
Two kinda. The first is the importance of conference talks and the words of a
living prophet. So in my patriarchal blessing it talks about the importance of
the scriptures and the words of the living prophets. So as i have been here in
my time in senillosa and the time that i have to study, i have found comfort in
many confernece talks in response to the stressful time that i have had here. I
know they make their talks for someone. As i was reading two talks on Patience.
The spirit testified so strong to me the words of these talks and how i could
apply them in my life. It litterally was an answer to my prayers.
The second was the importance of following the impressions
of the spirit. As we drove in the car of Carlos to the Dam on tuesday, I felt the
strong impression to talk to carlos about the baptism date we were going to
talk about. I didnt follow it. Then on the way home, it hit me again. My comp
was talking alot about other things and i never talked to him about it. I felt
super bad after, knowing that i had not followed what the spirit told me. This
has happened many times on my mission and it is something that i will never let
happen again. We need to follow those impressions. The spirit doesnt talk with
a loud voice, so when we think we heard it, act on it. ASAP. Thanks for all your
support family. Love you all

News for you
Hey family!
My birthday haha....the elders made me a cake at district meeting, then we did divisions and Hmna Deliah gave me some chocolates. And today she is doing an "asado" which is like an argentine bbq but its like with lamb and chicken and churizo which is like sausages kinda. its super amazing and good!!!!! you´ll have to ask uncle micheal to explain it.
Things with carlos are good. We couldnt meet with him this last week. He was in Neuquen almost the whole week. So we hope to meet with him today.
Kayla emailed me and told me about graduation. haha. its so weird to think that she is done with school. Did you cry mom? she is your baby after all.
so my week haha. I will send some pictures. But on monday we ate with the elders from plottier with hmna deliah. then on tuesday we had the district meeting and then we did divisions. elder Naylor came with me. We did divisions for 2 days cause it just worked out better. but we worked hard but didnt see alot of results. passed by alot of peoples houses but didnt see alot of success. Talked to Silvia again. She is doing better. Ready for baptism but she just misses going to church cause she works. Then on thursday we ate with some members in Plottier, they were super cool. Then on friday we went to an activity in plottier for 25 de mayo which is independence day here. It was super cool to visit with the members. We were going to sing but they forgot to give us time to do it. then saturday was normal. Sunday was normal too. It was nice to do divisions with elder naylor and talk with him about stuff. Got alot of stress off my shoulders. and we had a super good time. He is from kansas and he was the trainer of elder Davis. an elder from my group in the MTC. Super fun divisons. So yeah. we just make it happen here. Last week i didnt get the package you sent. maybe this week. The stuff in the office are a little crazy. Hope you kids are doing well. Good to hear from ya. Love ya, thanks for everything.

Happy 20th B-day on Tuesday
FAMIILY!!!!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELDER ROSS!"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 baby!!!!! yeah!!!! oh
mom, i am sure getting old =) wow, 20, its weird to think that i have
lived 20 years. seen alot in my day. haha jk.
no package as of today. We recieve mail/packages on tuesdays in the district meeting.
my rash is still there haha. I need to buy that cream this week. I have just been lazy.
the weather is cold! not vernal cold but its like the beginning of
vernal cold so not too bad but still. its been almost a year since i
have been in the cold so its a bit frisk. when we go to this hermanas
house, she always tells us to "bundle up".
Someone struggling with a few classes? that doesnt sound
familiar.......haha jk. Yeah. its just what happens when your a kid. you
just want to finish school and nothing more. I understand what she is
going through.....but....she needs to do better. =) Looking for a new
job is she? Look at the little girl go. Good job sis. Working at the rec
would be SICK! cause then i could go lifting when i get home for
like....free! (just fyi i am going to go lifting the day after i get
home and i am going to be in the gym for like 8 hours.) hope she finds a
good job. Who in the world is "he is we"? that doesnt even sound like a
cool band name. haha jk. I remember when me and jordan and hayden went
to the jacks manequin concert hahah. good times.
tell nate that he still hasnt sent pics of this famous HANNAH!!!!
listen, she doesnt even have my aproval yet, and wont until i get a nice
little picture from him.
I thought about garrett and katie on sunday and thought "hey, my
cousin got married yesterday" haha but good for them. it will be fun to
meet her when i get home.
Oh mom and dad. you two are just always on the go. working,
callings, working, callings. I have talked with alot of people about dad
on the mission and how i dont know how he does it with his work
schedule, calling, and taking care of his parents but i want to be just
like my dad some day =) He sure is a good guy. Thanks for all your
support.
This week for me, was normal. On tuesday an old investigator called
us and wanted to visit with us.That in itself was a miracle. his name
is Carlos. He is a big tall guy. and when we met with him i asked him
"carlos, you know this stuff is true right?" he said "yeah" then i said
"what keeps ya from being baptised then?" he said "you two taking me
down to the church and putting me under" so we left him the challenge of
him putting a date to be baptised and we are going to do it. he is a
great guy. we are suuuuuuuper good friends with him. Talking to him is
like talking to a friend. Natural. He loves us. And i found out that in
all of these "trials" as i call them haha that i am going through with
my comp, there are people who are ready for us to baptise them, we just
have to do it. I really love my mission. Teaching and the people make me
so happy. Just keeping a positive attitude makes all the difference.
Thanks for everything kids. Love you all!!!!

Howdy
hey folks!!!!!
WHAT IT IS!!!! 1 MORE WEEK UNTIL THE END OF THE TRANSFER.
Yes i feel better. i am still kinda sick but not as bad. The comp things....not better but not worse. I had an interview with the district leader and we decided i will just wait til the end of the transfer. just be patient. one week is all. Thank you so much for your prayers, i am serious. i dont know how i do it. but i know your prayers are the angels that are holding me up and keeping me with a positive attitude. the lord works miracles. The fact that i havent given up on it all is a miracle. I can feel your prayers everyday. There isnt one prayer that is wasted. I use them all.
So with the going home early cause of my day that i go home thing. I was thinking that i should stay out the 3 extra weeks. Now, that doesnt mean that that could change. But i am thinging i am going to stay the extra and come home in august. But we will see when i get there.
Me and my comp had a good talk yesterday, he cried. He was just talking about his desires to be better, he has no help from home, his family is a disaster, they hardly email him, if they do its to email something negative. I felt super bad for him. I felt bad that i wasnt as strong as i should have been with him to help him be obedient. Im not saying its my fault but i kinda felt bad. But i saw in his eyes the desires he has to be better and i know he can do it. i have faith in him. i love my companion. he really is a good guy. I hope if he gets tranfered to a new area that he can just hit the road running.
This week we did not a whole lot. But we did do divisions, that helped with a little bit of stress. Sunday was an amazing sacrament meeting, we had 3 less active youth show up and give there testimonies. they thanked us as missionaries for helping them come back to church, really strong spirit. Then the bishop gets up and says that the problems of the members that he has to deal with is a burden. haha thats not how it works bishop. Thats your calling is to help the members. So the bishop is a disaster. the church is so different here in south argentina. Everywhere else, buenos aires and in the north its good. but here in the south,.....wow.....the church is sooooo different. ITs a bad different. but thats why we are here, to change that. haha but it was an ok week. Thanks for everything family love you guys.

New week
The great big Family!!!!!
How are we? First things first. I know nothing about calling on mothers day. I dont know if we are gonig to call on sunday or monday. But here is the thing. I will be in touch. So check your email everyday mom. EVERYDAY!
My week? Mas o menos. It wasnt that great. Had a few highlights in the week but thats about it. So monday we went to plottier to hike a huge hill. It was super sweet and I got the classic missionary on a hill with the book of mormon picture. Then we went to Grido (ice cream shop) and i ate 1 kilo of icecream. (2 lbs) Then on tuesday we had to practice for our musical number for zone conference. We had of course my version of "there is a green hill far away" and "army of heleman" and the other elders sang to my playing. Then wednesday was zone conference. Hmna Peterson LOVED our musical number when we were practicing so she recorded it on her camera. Then zone confernece was BOMB!! learned a ton and felt the spirit. Then we did our musical number and ROCKED IT!!!! Just blew people out of there white shirts and ties. Then on friday when we played soccer some kids got in a fight. We probably cant play anymore. Then sunday we had church then our charlas with the youth at 5 as usual. But with all those highlights the rest was filled with a comp that didnt want to do anything. But we make the best of it and smile.
Yes i am getting dads letters. Sorry i am not responding back to them in my email. I did get dads package of the card and cookies!!!!!! :) :):) :)Thanks pops!!!! Love ya!!!! Yes i did get my money. I didnt take all of it out at once so i still have money on my card. Keep it there please. I am still looking for some new shoes. I dont have anything specific that i want for my birthday. Im happy with whatever. you know that. Its hard to believe that i will be 20. Im getting old.........hahaha jk.
So check this family.....monday we ate with all the elders at a members house. We were all talking, having a good time and the hmna asks me "elder, where are you from" I said Utah,........she didnt believe me. "you dont talk like a greengo" and then i said, "thats cause i am from buenos aires" she says, "thats what i figured, you talk way to much like an argintine, you speak fluent" then i thought....."thats a good sign" so there you have it. Your son is a argentine!!!! Love ya kids!!!
