Dear Family;
So I heard from Megan, Crystal, Sarah and Shannon. I wrote them all back today.
So my companion is Elder Zimbelman. He is way tight! I love him. We’re tight. We have 6 total Elders going to Argentina. Me, my companion (He is from Provo), Elder Lunskog (Heber), Elder Davis (Gunnison), Elder Drought (Michigan), Elder Johan (Heber). The 4 Elders going to Paraguay are Elder Brown (Park City), Elder Shelley (Arizona), Elder Meadows (Tooele), Elder Keller (Brigham City). That’s district 49E and we are the best. Elder Drout is our District Leader. We all are way close. It is awesome. The first couple days here were rough but being close with these guys is awesome and helps.
The food is pretty good. It gives me gas though. HA HA. The days have gone by way fast. It’s crazy to believe I’ve been here a week. Our teachers are Hermano Harvey and Hermana Ortega. Hermano Harvey is way cool. He is black and from Vegas. Hermana Ortega is from Argentina. Our Mission. NBD.
They both served in Chile. They say they are really good friends so we make fun of them and say they should date. But they don’t think it’s funny. We got chastised for it.
So typical day is like study @ 7 then we have breakfast then back to class then lunch then class then dinner then study. We also have progressive investigators (our teachers). So we teach them in Spanish. All Spanish. It’s hard but the spirit is always there. I have felt the spirit here a lot. It’s everywhere. My Spanish is coming back. I’m pretty fluent HA!! We have devotionals on Sundays and Tuesdays. Uh….this place is awesome. Oh Mom, I need stamps por favor. And we do service on Tuesdays so ya. Good Week.
What’s going down back home? What is everyone up to? What’s new? Fill me in on what I need to be informed? HA.
Love you guys. Church is true. Love the Mish!
-----Elder Ross
